Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use RHTPwatch ("the Service") and the information it provides (the "Data"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms & Disclaimer. If you breach it, we may suspend or terminate your access.

You may not:

• present the Data as official, government-issued, endorsed, legal, financial, or professional advice;
• strip, alter, or hide the source links, attributions, dates, or disclaimers we attach to the Data; or
• misrepresent altered content as having come from us.

The Service and the Data are licensed for your organization's internal business use only, unless your order says otherwise. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, republish, lease, sublicense, or otherwise share the Data outside your organization;
• use the Service or the Data to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, or bulk-download the Service, its pages, or the Data;
• use bots or automation to access the Service or create fake accounts; or
• circumvent any login, paywall, rate limit, or other access control, or place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

You may not:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
• access any account, data, or system you are not authorized to; or
• introduce malware, or attempt a denial-of-service or any other attack on the Service.

Do not upload or send us:

• confidential information belonging to a third party;
• protected health information or other sensitive personal data;
• classified, export-controlled, or unlawful material; or
• anything that infringes someone else's rights.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions laws.
